His career started in accounting, gaining in-depth knowledge in financial analysis, statutory accounts preparation, audits, and taxation across the UK and international settings. This solid foundation led to leadership roles and the establishment of ventures like IB&Co Accountants and Impactable (T&R), including the successful 'We Pay It' venture. Renowned for his strategic insights and innovative methods, he consistently turns business challenges into growth opportunities. A visionary adept in dynamic environments, Ishmael actively seeks partnerships to pursue new opportunities and achieve outstanding results.

Princess Marhana Sawyerr Esq. is a meticulous and certified Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leone, having been called to the Sierra Leone Bar Association on 30th of November 2022, and previously worked as an intern and a pupil Barrister with four years experience, in the ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, an experience in Legal Writings, Court procedures, the ability to absorb, understand and analyse information, and a strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate the work of others.
Thomas Greene
Head of Finance and Operations
Thomas Greene, a Certified Accountant from a reputable Sierra Leone institution, has experience in Accounting, Finance, Resource Mobilization, Business Administration, Data Analysis, and Media and Communication. He is a skilled public speaker and has developed expertise in project monitoring, evaluation, enumeration, and supervision. Thomas also holds certificates in Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection Essentials, and Beginner and Intermediate skills in QuickBooks Online.
