2023

SLONEC founded in Freetown, Sierra Leone

A UK firm with first-hand African experience

SLONEC Advisory Group is the UK parent company of SLONEC. It owns SLONEC Group Africa, the accountancy and consultancy business Ishmael Bangura founded in Freetown in 2023.

Led from the UK

Every client project is led by SLONEC Advisory under Ishmael Bangura, from scoping to final report, on UK engagement terms.

Delivered with vetted partners

In Sierra Leone, the in-country work is done by SLONEC’s own Freetown team. Elsewhere, and for regulated UK matters, established and properly regulated partner firms work to our standards and under our supervision.

Built on SLONEC's experience

SLONEC has operated in Sierra Leone since 2023, so we know how African businesses work and what the UK will ask of them.
