We take your brief, source and screen candidates, and give you a shortlist to interview. We can run the full process or just the part you need, such as advertising or shortlisting. We also offer outsourced staffing and employer of record support, and help employers build a stronger employer brand so the right candidates want to apply.
Our courses cover leadership and management, customer service, sales and cross-selling, financial literacy, product and service knowledge, technology and systems, and digital skills. We run courses for single organisations and open courses for individuals.

Employers in Sierra Leone often tell us the same thing: there are plenty of applicants, but it is hard to find people with the right skills and to keep them once they are trained. Field, branch and front-line roles need people who can work with the public and with systems. Professional roles need experience that is in short supply. And every new hire has to be employed properly, with a written contract, PAYE and NASSIT, in line with the Employment Act 2023.
That is why we put recruitment and training together, and why both sit inside SLONEC alongside our payroll and tax work. In May 2025 we delivered corporate training for operational staff at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, on ethical conduct, teamwork and hygiene management, organised with the bank’s HR department. We recruit for roles in Africa only, currently in Sierra Leone, and we never charge candidates.
