Training built around your organisation

Training works best when it reflects the work people actually do. We start by understanding your organisation, your sector and what you want staff to do differently afterwards, then shape the course around that. We run courses for single organisations and open courses that individuals can book.

Our courses

Leadership and management

For managers at every level: leading teams, making decisions, managing performance and handling change.

Customer service

For front-line, branch and call-centre staff: dealing with customers well, handling complaints and building trust.

Sales and cross-selling

For sales and relationship teams: understanding what customers need and offering the right products and services.

Financial literacy

For staff, managers and stakeholders: understanding budgets, financial information and good money management.

Product and service knowledge

For teams who explain your products and services to customers or beneficiaries, so they can answer questions accurately and with confidence.

Technology and systems

For staff using new or existing systems: getting the most from the tools your organisation relies on.

Training built for Sierra Leone organisations

We design training for the people in the room. A customer service course for bank branch staff looks different from one for a hotel front desk, and a financial literacy course for managers is different from one for community groups. We start with your organisation and what you want staff to do differently, then build the course around real examples.

In May 2025 we delivered a corporate training programme for operational staff at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, covering ethical conduct, teamwork and hygiene management, organised with the bank’s HR department. We run courses for single organisations at their premises or ours, and open courses for individuals who want to build their skills.

Frequently asked questions

Can you design a course just for our organisation?

Yes. Most of our training is designed for a single organisation, based on a needs discussion with you.

Where are courses held?

At your premises or ours in Freetown. We can discuss other locations in Sierra Leone for larger programmes.

Can the course be run in stages?

Yes. Longer programmes can be split into shorter sessions over several weeks, so staff can attend without leaving their work for long.

Can individuals join a course?

Yes. We run open courses for individuals. Use the booking form to ask about dates.

How do you measure whether training worked?

We agree what success looks like before the course and follow up afterwards to review how it went and what comes next.

How much does training cost?

It depends on the course length, number of participants and venue. Request a quote and we will send a written proposal.
