Why register with us

SLONEC Recruitment & Training works with employers across Sierra Leone who need staff at every level, from field and front-line roles to managers. When we receive a hiring brief, we look first at the candidates already registered with us.

Registering your CV does not mean you have applied for a particular job, and it is not an offer of work. It means we can contact you when a suitable role comes up.

Tips for a strong CV

  • Keep it to two pages if you can, with your most recent role first.
  • For each job, say what you were responsible for and what you achieved.
  • Include your qualifications and any professional training.
  • Make sure your phone number and email address are correct.
  • Save it as a PDF or Word file with your name in the file name.

What happens to your CV

You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing recruit@slonec.com. See our privacy notice for more.
